These 10 min phone calls provide patients with simple prescriptions like antibiotics and oral steroids to help them feel better and recover faster.

  • Provider will transmit Rx to local Pharmacy

Mental Health Care

This category of services provide our patients with treatment of mental health conditions including:

A Simple Monthly Subscription of:

  • 1 on 1 Provider Visits

This category of services provide our patients with medically guided support for addiction recovery including:

A Simple Monthly Subscription of:

This subscription includes:

  • 1 on 1 Provider Visits

  • 1 visit per week for the first month to ensure early success

  • 2 visits per month for the 2nd and 3rd Month

  • 1 appointment per month for the remainder of the 12 month term

  • access to additional as needed care appointments

As a provider at Bloom Med we link our appointment scheduling software with your calendar, giving you full control of when you want to be scheduled appointments!

Providers are paid per appointment based upon the type of appointment.

Patients are given the ability to schedule the next available appointment time with any provider, or with their preferred provider.

Weekly Pay for all appointments completed.

1099 to you, or your LLC as a subcontractor of Bloom Med.

Stipend for Liability Insurance available based on amount of time available to the platform.

Participation in subscription profit sharing!
